Clayton got his start in the lawn care/snow removal business in 2013 when his father-in-law had to take a leave of absence from his snow removal company. After his first season of working for his father-in-law, he began developing his own customer base and began working nights and weekends providing lawn maintenance services while keeping up with his day job. In 2017, Clayton quit his corporate day job, went out on his own full-time, and hasn’t looked back.
Clayton is a proud Christian, Husband, Father, sports fan, and self-proclaimed “foody.” Clayton would tell you any success he has had is due to his care for quality, customer service, his hard working employees.

Core Team Members
Clayton started snow plowing in 2013 with his brother and father-in-law. Shortly thereafter customers began asking him to mow and do small lawn related jobs. In April of 2016 he left his full-time job at Wells Fargo to start working full time at growing what is now Norwalk Seasonal.
His wife (Amanda) and him are Norwalk Alums. They have two daughters Allie (14) and Blair (6). Clayton enjoys spending time with family and friends, yoga, outdoor sports and music. His longest shift plowing was 30 hours straight.
He has grown Norwalk Seasonal to 15 full time staff and 3 part time. He can’t wait for another spring and summer season of making landscape dreams become a reality!
Tori graduated from Iowa State University in 2018 with a degree in Horticulture with the academic option of landscape design, installation and management. Her design experience includes large and small jobs such as foundational plantings, retaining walls, patios, pools and natural gardens. Her favorite being pool jobs and plantings.
The landscape industry is busy, but Tori’s home life is even busier! Tori and her husband Hans have two little girls Amelia (2yrs) and Vivian (6mo). Along with spending time with her growing family, she enjoys traveling, supporting local restaurants and cafes, and practicing yoga.

Jill is our Director of First Impressions here at NSS. She has 15 years of customer service and administrative experience and is always happy to help any customer with their inquiries and needs!
Jill and her husband Gary, along with their two children, moved to Norwalk five years ago from the Omaha area. Her parents also live in Norwalk and they enjoy being so close to one another.
In her free time, you can find Jill enjoying the outdoors by walking, biking or golfing.
